VLM (Very Low Moisture) Cleaning System
Most of the time, people think that the VLM cleaning system is the same as dry cleaning but it is not. Instead, it is the combination of the qualities of dry cleaning and steam cleaning. And in most residential carpet cleaning jobs, it is the answer to a very clean carpet.
To start the VLM cleaning system, we apply our 100% natural, baby & pet safe, and green carpet cleaning product made from vegetable and plant extracts to your carpets. This will loosen the dirt, soil, and other contaminants in your carpet. Then, after a while of letting it dwell, our cleaning system will remove the soil and dirt using very absorbent pads or cotton terry pads. These pads will be set up on the Kleenway services oscillating vibrating carpet machine which will gently scrub and absorb the dirt from your carpets. And lastly, we will vacuum the carpets and leave them to dry carpets can be dry in as little as 1 hour. This simple residential carpet cleaning process will leave your carpets soft, clean, and ready for entertaining again the very next day.
Encapsulating Cleaning System
The other system we use in our residential carpet cleaning services is the Encapsulating cleaning system. However, we more often use this system in commercial carpet cleaning. The Encapsulating cleaning system is faster and easier than a lot of other methods and is a more economical way of cleaning carpets. That’s why more facilities are incorporating it into their carpet maintenance.
In this cleaning system, our cleaners apply an encapsulation product to your carpets which then encapsulates and crystalizes the soil attached to the fibers. This causes the soil particles to release their grip and clump together. Once it all dries after four to six hours, a vacuum is needed when dry to remove these crystals, this can be done by the customer or Kleenway.
This method is done faster than others and it keeps carpets cleaner for a longer period of time. It also allows you to extend the time between cleanings. In addition to that, the encapsulation cleaning system also uses less water and minimizes the possibility of your carpet wicking.
