We confirm all appointments. Lock out fee $35.00

Unless otherwise arranged, please leave cheque for each visit on kitchen counter.

Return cheque fee - $25.00, accounts 30 days past due subject to a $10.00 late fee. We ask that you please have loose clothing, toys, etc. picked up prior to our team member arriving to clean.

There are numerous convenient options available for you to make your payments. We take Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card, cheques, e-transfers and EFTs. Sorry we prefer not to take cash. Let us know what works best for you. le VHS.
The first clean in any property takes EXTRA Time. Our cleaners need to spend the time to become familiar with your home and ensure that all areas are up to Kleenway Standards. The additional time for the first clean only will be added to your first invoice. The additional time is charge at $42.50/hour.
Our team members are trained to always be professional - for example, our members will never eat, drink, smoke or use any of your electrical appliances such as radios, microwaves or televisions while in your home.
We always try to clean your home using the same cleaning technician each time, unless due to sickness or an emergency, we are unable to do so. We want you to feel confident in our team members and they are eager to deliver a custom cleaning for your home as efficiently as possible.
Nice of you to ask. Yes, it can help our team members if you pick up or put away any clothes, children's toys or other items before we arrive. We also appreciate, if you could make sure your pet is safe and secure before our cleaning technicians come to clean. Thanks!

No problem, this is very common. That's why many of our clients decide to provide us with a key and a code if they have an alarm system for their home. All keys are securely marked and controlled to maintain your security.

This arrangement works very well and allows us to access your home to clean at the appropriate day and time. If you do not provide us a key, and you are not home to let our team members in at their scheduled cleaning time, a lock-out charge of $35.00 may be applied, depending on the circumstances.

However, the arrival time may vary slightly due to things such as traffic, weather, or if our team members find they need to spend a little longer at a home to handle a special request. If you require a definite starting time for our team members, our office would be more than happy to talk about possible solutions such as making your scheduled

cleaning the first appointment of the day should the weather be a factor.

After we clean, and you notice a mistake, or simply anything you believe does not meet the standards for exceptional quality we promised, just let us know within 24 hours, and we'll return to make it right!

Again, no problem! We realize that life gets busy and sometimes things happen requiring you to move things around. We ask that, if possible, you please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can change our team members' schedules or arrange for an alternative time and date for your cleaning. Depending on the circumstance a $35.00 fee may be applied if we are not given a 48 hour notice.

We'll call well in advance of any recognized holidays to arrange for a better day and time. We will not be doing cleaning on statutory holidays. Speaking of the holidays, be sure to let us know if you are ever in need of extra cleaning in advance of a family get together, dinner or party - We're here to help.

Green cleaning is a broad, and often misunderstood term, used today to include any number of products and cleaning methods used by cleaning companies with the goal of reducing the impact on our environment while supporting ecologically safe and healthy homes.

While the use of these products is desirable, truly organic 'green' chemicals, unlike disinfectants, do not kill many harmful bacteria. Our approach is to work in a responsible way towards adding increasingly 'green' products to our overall chemical program if appropriate. If there are products you prefer, we use, please make sure there is a good supply on hand.

We bring everything we need to professionally clean your home including necessary supplies, chemicals and equipment. In this way, we can ensure all OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY STANDARDS are met.

While our team members are trained on proper cleaning procedures and pride themselves in being careful, if anything were to get broken as the result of something one of our team members did while cleaning - we want to step up to make it right!

That means trying to as quickly as possible to either repair or replace it, and because all of our team members are insured, we would file a claim whenever necessary to help resolve the situation.

If you would like, we would be glad to send you a certificate showing our insurance is complete and up-to-date. Kleenway Services will furnish all forms of insurance required by law and shall maintain the same in force.

Term
This agreement may be terminated or canceled at any time with a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice from either party.

Cancellation
It is agreed and understood that for a year after the expiration or cancellation of this agreement no attempt will be made to contact our cleaners for employment purposes.
